18th August - Natural History Museum

Service Description

On this day trip the children will be taken out on foot to visit the exciting ‘Natural History Museum’ to draw the many animals, bugs, fossils and dinosaurs. Sessions will start at Sketch & Scoot HQ Worcester Park and we will travel by South West trains (train ticket included) as a group to the location. All young artists will love it but it is not restricted to those who are artistic and everyone is warmly encouraged to come and have fun. The session will include drawing games, quick fire sketches and lots of observational urban drawing. The children will use pencil, charcoal, coloured pencils and pen to capture the settings they come across. Children are required to bring a packed lunch and appropriate clothing as we will be outside for the majority of the event. If the weather is poor, the event will be re-imagined indoors.
